MJB Care Affiliate Program Rules

Effective: March 2025  |  This is the official rulebook for participating in the MJB Care Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to follow these policies.

1. Code of Conduct

MJB Care is built on trust, transparency, and patient protection. All Affiliates must follow these principles.

Be Honest and Accurate
  • Do NOT make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims
  • Do NOT guarantee results
  • Always explain that outcomes depend on the clinic and doctor
Add Real Value
  • Your content must be original
  • Do not copy content from MJB Care or others without permission
  • Focus on helping patients, not just earning commissions
No Spam
  • Do not send unsolicited messages (Emails, emails, WhatsApp spam)
  • All communication must be respectful and permission-based
No Self-Referrals — This is Fraud
  • Do not refer yourself or people acting on your behalf

2. Mandatory Transparency (Very Important)

You must clearly disclose when someone uses your link.

Important: Always Communicate This Clearly

You must inform your audience that: The price of treatment is the same whether they use your referral link or not. Do NOT add extra fees. Do NOT add extra charges.

You earn a commission from the background — not from charging the patient extra. Your role is to support the patient as their advisor.

Not Acceptable
  • Hidden discounts ("use my affiliate link" only as a trick)
  • Vague terms like "affiliate link" only
  • Not disclosing at the beginning of posts
  • In your bio

3. Medical & Ethical Communication Rules

Because this is healthcare, stricter rules apply.

You Must NOT
  • Give medical advice
  • Recommend as a professional
  • Guarantee results
You Must
  • Encourage patients to verify: Clinics, Doctors, Materials
  • Clearly explain the treatment process

MJB Care connects patients with quality and trusted providers. We do not perform treatments ourselves.

4. Marketing & Promotion Rules

You are fully responsible for your own marketing.

Email Marketing
  • Must have opt-in option
  • Must identify YOU as sender (not MJB Care)
  • No cold-pan spam
Messaging on WhatsApp
  • You must have user consent before messaging
  • No cold-pan promotion
Legal Compliance
  • You must follow all applicable laws including: GDPR, Data protection laws, Consumer protection rules

5. Data Privacy & Protection

When you use data, you must: Collect it legally, Protect it securely, Comply with applicable data laws.

You must also: Have your own privacy policy, Make data protection transparent.

6. Patient Protection Position (Core Principle)

MJB Care works to protect patients from: Fake clinics, Fake or low-quality materials, Unethical upselling, Misleading pricing practices.

You Must NOT
  • Hide risks
  • Set up fake urgency
  • Mislead patients about pricing, outcomes, or what MJB Care does

Your content must reflect this honest positioning — not exaggerated or misleading.

7. Brand Usage Rules

You may use: MJB Care brand materials, Approved marketing materials.

You may NOT: Modify logos or branding, Claim to represent MJB Care officially without approval.

8. Tracking & Fair Use

Commissions are based on verified referral links/codes. MJB Care monitors for: Fraud, Self-referrals, Misuse of your assigned code.

Any evidence of abuse will result in commission forfeiture and removal from the program.
