MJB Care Affiliate Program Agreement

IMPORTANT: This Agreement is a legally binding contract under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. By joining or participating in the MJB Care Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by the following terms. This Agreement governs your participation in the Program.

1. Nature of Your MJB Care (Mandatory Disclosure)

MJB Care is a health services organization and medical facilitator based in Turkey.

We DO:

  • Connect patients with licensed clinics and verified doctors
  • Provide coordination, assistance, guidance, and support

We do NOT:

  • Act as a healthcare provider
  • Perform medical treatments

Treatment outcomes depend on the clinic and doctor selected.

2. Affiliate Program Structure (Tier System)

MJB Care operates a tiered commission structure based on performance level and volume of patients referred.

Level 6 — Bronze
5–50 referrals · 5% · €200 Bonus
Level 5 — Silver
51–99 referrals · 5% · €1,000 Bonus
Level 4 — Gold
30–69 referrals · 5% · €2,000 Bonus + 24k Custom Gold Ring
Level 3 — Platinum
70–99 referrals · 5% · €4,000 Bonus + Flight Ticket + 10g 24k Gold
Level 2 — Emerald
100–499 referrals · 5% · €7,000 Bonus + Family Vacation + 50g 24k Gold + 2 Shares in MJB Care
Level 1 — Diamond
500+ referrals · 5% · Annual Family Vacation + Surprise Bonus + 100g 24k Gold + 5 Shares in MJB Care

Tier Rules: Tiers are reviewed based on number of completed patients and performance consistency. MJB Care reserves the right to review, adjust, or reassign levels at any time.

3. Commission Eligibility

A commission is earned if:

  • The patient uses your Affiliate Link/Code
  • The patient has not registered with MJB Care with another affiliate previously
  • Payment is successfully received
  • Commission is calculated from the total paid cost of the treatment

Not Eligible:

  • Self-referrals
  • Misleading promotions

4. Pricing Transparency & Ethical Standards

Affiliates must communicate that:

  • MJB Care provides: Verified providers, Transparent guidance, Authentic materials with proof, Lifetime support

Strictly Prohibited:

  • Guaranteeing results
  • Making false or misleading claims

5. Anti-Scam & Patient Protection Position

MJB Care operates with a patient protection model. We actively protect patients from: Fake clinics, Fake or low-quality materials, Unethical upselling, Misleading pricing practices. Affiliates must reflect this honest positioning — not exaggerate or mislead.

6. Payment Terms

Commission is paid 1–7 days after confirmation of sale — specifically after Treatment completion and Payment clearance.

You must provide your Payment details. Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Digital payment platforms, Cash payments. Transfer or processing fees may apply depending on payment method.

7. Tracking & Attribution

Tracking is based on Affiliate Links/Codes. MJB Care is not responsible for: Browser tracking issues, Cookie blocking, User behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

You may use: MJB Care brand assets, Approved marketing materials, MJB Care approved branding. You may: Modify branding, Claim to represent MJB Care officially only as approved.

9. Confidentiality

You must protect: Patient data, Pricing information, Internal business information. This obligation continues after termination.

10. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement if you:

  • Misled patients
  • Damaged reputation
  • Violated terms of this Agreement
  • If Affiliate rights are revoked, commissions may be forfeited

11. Limitation of Liability

MJB Care is not responsible for: Medical outcomes, Clinic performance.

12. Governing Law (Türkiye)

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey and/or Turkish Affiliate jurisdiction.

13. Independent Relationship

You are an independent Affiliate — not: An employee, A partner, A legal representative.

14. Updates to Agreement

MJB Care may update this Agreement with notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
